  Notes	(Medical):Several of the neighborhood children were playing games and two of them de cided to climb up the metal structure on the Island Street bridge, near th eir homes. One of the boys only climbed a short distance, but Arthur we nt all the way to the top. He mistakenly touched high voltage wires and w as electrocuted.
