Pacific Standard Time From: mohearn_brightstar@yahoo.com Email; Hi Jay, I found out that after Joseph Werner died in 1885, Anna Lang was remarried to Martin Fischer at St. Edward's Church in Mackville on February 9, 1887. I will be contacting Kris Matthies at the Green Bay Archives to obtain the marriage records and to find out if they were buried at St. Edward's cemetery. Martin Fischer was from Werth, Bohemia and arrived in 1867 aboard the ship Atlantic (Atlanta?). I suspect that Joseph Werner and Anna Lang were from the same area of northwest Bohemia along the Zwoda River near Falkenau and the border with Saxony. Michael Hi, and thanks for the information. One thing I forgot to mention is that on the marriage registry, Anna Lang's birthplace is Bohemia and her parents are listed as Andrew Lang and Theresia Lang (the same first names as two of her children). Apparently Martin Fischer was previously married three times before he married Anna. The first two marriages were in Bohemia. I only know that her parents were Andreas and Theresia Lang of Bohemia, and that she was remarried to Martin Fischer of Worth, Egerland, Bohemia after her first husband Joseph Werner died and was buried at Holy Angeles cemetery in Calumet County, Wisconsin His wife Anna Lang was from Trinksaifen (Rudné) in Karlovy Vary district. Egerland in Bohemia is most likely where he was from.
