He w as born in the Town of Oneida on December 2, 1940, to the late Walter M. a nd Ruth A. (Vanden Heuvel) Romenesko. Butch owned and operated Butch Romen esko Excavating. He loved golf and going to his cottage on Loon Lake.He will be sadly missed by his wife, Linda; sons, Brian of Freedom and Br ad of Appleton; mother-in-law, Grace Krabbe of Appleton; brothers and sist ers, Duwayne (Eve) Romenesko of Black Creek; Vera Hofacker and Von (Dav e) Wilson, both of Appleton; Vernon (Karen) Romenesko of Menasha; Janet (K en) Frederickson of Darboy; Bing Romenesko of Appleton; Ivo (Lorene) Romen esko of Charlottesville, Virginia; nieces, nephews, other relatives and fr iends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothe r, Darrel; father-in-law, Orville Krabbe; sister-in-law, Kathy Romenesk o; brother-in-law, William Hofacker Jr.; and a nephew, Bud Hofacker.The Funeral Service will be on Monday, July 2, 2001, at 1 p.m. at the St ar of Hope Chapel in Highland Memorial, with Father Charles Brooks officia ting.
