  Age 101, of Appleton, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Colony Oaks Care Center. She was born in Freedom on August 6, 1904 to the late William and Sarah (Persohn) Glawe. Marie made a lot of clothes for her grandchildren. She liked to paint and refinish furniture. She also loved to play cards. She worked at Zwickers for many years. Marie is survived by a son, Jim (Norma) Bolduan of Combined Locks; a daughter, Natalie Hussey of Prescott, AZ; 12 grandchildren: Charles (Barb) Bolduan, Debra (Jeff) Belongea, Paul (Sally) DeBruin, Marie (Richard) Bohlier, John (Dorothy) Hussey, Melinda (Roger) Thurman, Nathan (Vicki) Hussey, Diane (Randy) Morris, Faith (Tim) Johnson, Naomi (Dennis) Haiken, Kathleen (Steve) Switzer, Daniel (Julie) Hussey; 34 great grandchildren; and 15 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin; six brothers; two sisters; and infant grandson Bruce. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 24, 2006 at the Valley Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Smith officiating. Friends are welcome at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. The family would like to thank the staff of Colony Oaks for their loving care and also a special thank you to Barbara Ahrens.
