  Mary Pagel-O'Brien is the dau. of Fredrick Pagel and Johanna BLANK. Johanna Blank-Pagel married 2nd as 2nd wife to Charles Gotleib GRUNERT. Funeral for Shiocton Woman held Saturday,May 31,1939. The funeral of Mrs.William O'Brien, 68, who died at her home after a long illness, was held on Saturday morning with services at St. Denis Catholic Church. Buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Stephensville. Mrs. O'Brien was born in Germany on September 1, 1869, she came to Outagamie Co., with her parents when she was a child and resided at Stephensville and on farms near Black Creek and Shiocton until settling in the village of Shiocton ten years ago. She is a member of the Catholic Church and the St. Anna's Society. Survivers are the widower, two daughters, Miss Viola O'Brien, Shiocton, Mrs. William Schimke, New London; three sons, Harold and Jennings O'Brien of Shiocton and Wilbur O'Brien of West Allis, One sister,Mrs. Clark Wilcox,Shiocton, one Brother,John Pagel, Appleton, two half-brothers,Ernest Grunert,Appleton and Charles Grunert,Milwaukee; and four grandchildren.
