  Hilbert Man Is Laid To Rest At Hillside Today Chilton, Wis. - Funeral services for Clinton D. Gage, who died Tuesday at his home in Hilbert, were held at 1:30 p.m. today at the Eldridge Funeral Home, the Rev. A. E. Pfaum, pastor of St. Boniface Episcopal church of this city, officiating. Burial was in Hillside cemetery here. Mr. Gage was born April 20, 1861, in Chilton, and for a number of years lived with his parents on a farm two miles north of this city. He moved to Hilbert in 1873, and on August 7, 1884, he was married to Miss Rose Wells of Menasha. For many years he and his brother, L. D. Gage, conducted the Railroad House at Hilbert. Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Miss Ethel at home and Mrs. R. L. Beard of Antigo, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Ecke of Hilbert, Mrs. Addie Mereness of Kaukauna, Wis., and Miss Rhoda Gage of Superior, Wis.; a brother, Henry of Superior, and two grandsons.
