  Hubert Eick, 94, Neenah, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2009. He was born February 20, 1914, in the Town Osborn, son of Philip and Susan (Beckman) Eick. Hubert married Lorna E. Rusch October 14, 1933, celebrating 70 years of marriage prior to her preceding him in death January 26, 2004. Mr. Eick was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Neenah. He farmed in the Seymour area until being employed at Kimberly-Clark for 25 years until his retirement. Hubert was a huge Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed bird watching. His enjoyment was nurturing his family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Hubert is survived by his children, Carla (Alden) Kuschel, Appleton; Hubert J. (Sue) Eick, Winchester; Shalby (Darrel) Foth, Colorado; William Eick, Neenah and special friend Natalie; Sonja Eick, Neenah; Millie (Joe) Wilharms, Menasha; Mardelle (Mark) Nichols, Appleton; Richard (Sharon) Eick, Appleton; Deanna (James) Brock, Neenah; Penny Eick, Appleton; 38 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Walter Pingel; sister-in-law, Florence Rusch, Seymour; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Jacquelyn Pingel and Gayle Mulvihill; a son, Philip Eick; son-in-law, Gary Mulvihill; two granddaughters, Shannon and Gabriella Eick; grandson, Quintin Pingel; two great grandsons, Preston Scott and Adam Pingel; brother, Vernon (Ruth) Eick; four brothers-and sisters-in-law, Meta (Henry) Butter, William (Eva) Rusch, Lorraine (Herbert) Trost, Myrtle Koehler, Alverna (Ed Busack), Herbert Rusch, John (Irma) Rusch, Verona (Carl) Rusch. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2009, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 809 S. Commercial St., Neenah, with Rev. Judy Deckert officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. A memorial has been established.
