  Elda Conradt, age 95, Shiocton, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Seymour. Elda was born September 16, 1919, in the Town of Deer Creek, daughter of the late Herman and Olga (Wilfur) Koehler. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church, Town of Deer Creek. She attended school in the Clintonville School district and Appleton high School. On October 26, 1940, she married Kenneth Conradt at St. John's Lutheran Church, Town of Deer Creek. For 25 years they worked side by side on the family farm by Shiocton. Kenneth preceded her in death on July 8, 2009. They were married 68 years. Elda was active in Outagamie County Homemakers and the Ladies of Messiah group at her church. Elda is survived by a son Russell (Carla) Conradt, Shiocton and a daughter, Fayette (John) Belt, Waupaca. Three grandchildren: Christin (Mike) Sullivan, Mosinee; Craig Conradt, Shiocton; Cathleen (Tom) Gauger, Wausau. Five great grandchildren: Shay and Jayden Sullivan, Cameron Conradt, Gavin and Garett Gauger. Two sisters: Bernice (Arthur) Meidam and Leila Krueger, Clintonville. She is further survived by nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two sons-in-law, Steven Hetzel and William Cameron, two sisters and their husbands, Freida (Walter) Volz and Eunice (Chet) Heiman, two brothers-in-law, Lawrence Krueger and Alvin Conradt and a sister-in-law, Rosie Conradt. Funeral services for Elda will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, Shiocton with Rev. Bradley E. Ragner officiating. Burial will be in the Shiocton Bovina Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. The family would like to thank Pastor Ragner, the entire Good Shepherd staff, their volunteers and also Heartland Hospice for their care and concern of Elda.
