  Lee C. Kanaman, age 56, of New London, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Lee was born on January 22, 1951, in New London, son of the late Ferdinand and Ruth (Heling) Kanaman. On August 30, 1975, he was united in marriage to Betty Seifert in Appleton. Lee loved hunting and fishing and driving truck. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Betty; three daughters: Jean (fiance Kurt), Laura (special friend Todd), Tammy (special friend Lee); three sons: Dale (Denise); Steve (Alicia) and Todd (fiancee Margaret), all of New London; fifteen grandchildren: Bobbi, Amber, Sean, Adam, Cole, Casey, Cole, Willie, Amanda, Kari, Kayla, David, Brian, Jesse, and Cody; and a great-grandchild Zoey; two sisters: Marlene (John) Trambauer, and Mary Kalbus, both of New London; a brother-in-law, Charles Harp, New London. Also surviving Lee are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Marge, and a brother-in-law Bill Kalbus. Funeral services for Lee will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London with John and Phil Bridges officiating. Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery, Caledonia Township. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
