  Ina M. Krzyzak, 75, Menasha, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born May 12, 1936, in Appleton. Ina married Edward Krzyzak, Sr. on May 2, 1956. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1996. Ina is survived by two sons, Edward (Judy), Kimberly; and Kurt (Kathreen), Elkhart Lake; a daughter, Julie Krzyzak, Menasha; five grandchildren, Sara Olsen, Keith (Trisha) Krzyzak, Amanda Krzyzak, Aaron Reitz, and Marissa Krzyzak; four great-grandchildren, Destiny, Desi, Chandler Nicolaison, and Faith Krzyzak; two brothers, Wayne Beckman, Greenville; and Russell Beckman, Appleton; and one sister, Alice (Leonard) Moder, Menasha. She was preceded in death by her husband; grandson, Guy; and great-granddaughter, Aspen. In keeping with Ina's wishes, a private family service will be held.
