  Stephan G. Brem, age 60, McComb Lake Road, Mountain died in a local hospital on Saturday July 12, 2003. He was born in Kaukauna May 5, 1943 to the late Stephen and Leona Brem. He was married to Ellie April 10, 1976. The couple owned and operated Wayco Enterprises in Suring until retiring in 2001 and moving to Mountain. Steve was an avid fisherman and camper who enjoyed his winters in Florida. He was a member of Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain. Survivors include his wife Ellie five daughters and their families Kelly (Garrett) Geib, Pembine Cindy (Robert) Warner, Ishpeming Mich. Debora (David) Paavo also Ishpeming Dawn (Bryan) Case, Suring Janet (Robert) Eny, Glen Burnie, Maryland three sons and their families. Steven (Trudy) Brem, New London Douglas Brem, Pembine Perry (Sheri) Wooden, Champion, Mich two sisters Patricia DeBroux, Kimberly Carolyn (Roger) Berkin, Kaukauna 10 grandchildren. Steve was preceded in death by his son Craig and his sister Janet Hammond. The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday July 19, 2003 at Tabor Lutheran Church in Mountain from 10 a.m. until Memorial Services 11 a.m. with Pastor Paul Scheunemann officiating. Gruetzmacher Funeral Home, Suring is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established at Tabor Lutheran Church. Published in the Green Bay Press-Gazette on July 15, 2003.
