  Schomisch, Francis G.Francis G. Schomisch, age 83, of 597 Kingswood Ave. Fond du Lac, died on M onday, April 11, 2005 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. He was bo rn on June 26, 1921 in Stockbridge son of the late Nicholas and Bertha (Gr ogan) Schomisch. He married Dorothy L. Schaefer on August 12, 1941 at S t. Mary Catholic Church in Chilton. Francis served in the United States Ar my during World War II, and also managed the Sinclair Station and Restaura nt as well as worked for the Chilton Malting Company where he retired.He was member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Chilton, and the VFW, he al so enjoyed tinkering in his hobby shop with many different things, and al so enjoyed the EAA.He is survived by three children: Jane Boyd and friend James Connelly of R aleigh, NC; Jo (Robert) Derus of Sheboygan; Mark (Jackie) Schomisch of Fo nd du Lac; seven grandchildren: Kristine (Drew) Posey, Aaron (Sandy) Boy d, Jennifer (Beau) Stricker, Andrea (Aaron) Groh, and Monica, Steven, a nd Michael Schomisch, two sisters: Margaret Schwabenlender of Fond du La c; and Betty (Carlton) Luedeke of Appleton; a brother, Robert Schomis ch of Madison; and three sisters-in-law: Charlotte (John) Sorrells, Loret ta Schomisch and Marie Schomisch.He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Matilda (Hoert h) Schomisch, three brothers: Paul, Barney, and Butch Schomisch, a brother -in-law, Jerome Schwabenlender, and two sisters-in-law: Gladys and Jeanet te Schomisch.Funeral Services will be on Saturday April 16, 2005 at St Mary Catholic Ch urch in Chilton with the Rev. Gary New S.D.S. and Rev. Vic Capriolo of Ho ly Family Catholic Church in Fond du Lac officiating. Burial will foll ow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at Wieting Family Funeral Hom e, 411 W.
