  Gerald Robert DeKeyser, 81, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Manorcare East Nursing Home. He was born February 13, 1935, in Green Bay to Harold and Agnes (Keiler) DeKeyser. Gerald served the United States Marine Corps for over three years. He married Anastiacia Cordova on October 26, 1957. He was self-employed as a lumberjack, window cleaner, and deck builder; he also enjoyed helping out his nephew putting up gutters and taking care of the deer farm. Gerald was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was very strong in his Christian faith. Gerald and Anastiacia shared their belief to go where they were needed, so they moved to the Louisville, KY area for 50 years. They also spent many years living in Osceo, WI. Gerald is survived by his wife, Anastiacia (Cordova) DeKeyser, and one nephew Lee T. Fisher, Florence, WI, and many other family, friends, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Agnes DeKeyser, one sister Joyce Breth, and one son Jose DeKeyser. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the East Green Bay Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. The funeral discourse will be given by Don Shemoncofsky. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.prokowall.com.
