  Austin J. Gilkey Funeral services for Austin J. Gilkey, 28, 110 Elm St., Kaukauna, who died at an Appleton hospital yesterday morning after the car he was driving on old Highway 41east of Appleton, rammed a telephone pole Thursday morning, will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna, and at 10 o'clock at Holy Cross church. The Rev. Peter Grossnick will be in charge of services. The body may be viewed after 7 o'clock this evening at the funeral home. Prayer services will be held at 8 o'clock Saturday and Sunday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Parish cemetery. Born August 28, 1916 at Loyal, he came to Kaukauna with his parents when he was a year old and lived there all his life except for as short time when he studied at the Elgin Watch School in Elgin, Ill., and was employed at the Elgin Watch Works there. Gilkey is survived by his mother: Mrs. Anna Gilkey; two sisters: Mrs. Elder Kuhn, Kaukauna, Mrs. Clifford Thiel, Elgin: two grandparents; Mrs. Joseph Green and Mrs. Charles S. Gilkey, both of Kaukauna.
