  Lamers, Thomas R., KaukaunaAge 33, died suddenly on Monday, November 10, 2003 as the result of a traf fic accident. Tom was born August 22, 1970 to James R. and Janice M. (Miel ke) Lamers in Kaukauna.He enjoyed racing in Slinger, going to his cabin in Pickerel, spending ti me with family and friends and his recent adventure began this past Augu st when he purchased his first Harley. Tom had a gentle way with childr en and truly loved his Godson, Conner and nephew, Zack. He never marrie d, Tom was always too busy helping close friends and family. Tom enjoyed h is mechanical work at Inland Material Handling.He is survived by his parents, Jim (Janice) Lamers of Kaukauna; his thr ee brothers, Scott (Kelly) Lamers of Kaukauna and their son, Conner; Jose ph (Chris) Lamers of Kaukauna and their son, Zack; Timothy (Kristy) Lame rs of CA; his grandfather, Gordon Lamers of Kaukauna and grandmother, Sal ly Mielke of FL. He will also be missed by many aunts and uncles, Ray (Jud y) Driessen of Kaukauna; Fred (Joan) Pennings of Kaukauna, Jerry (Sandy) L amers of Oklahoma, Ruth Ann Gorski of Menasha, George (Shirley) Majesk ie of Milwaukee, Ken (Mary Lou) Nushart of Alaska, Marge Hartmann of Hilbe rt, Allen (Chris) Eldred of Menasha, Allen (Pat) Lisowe of Chilton, Lar ry (Georgy) Spietz of Kaukauna and Don Mielke of Menasha; and many cousi ns and friends.He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Mielke, a grandmothe r, Mary Lamers, uncle Clarence Gorski, uncle Dave Hartmann, uncle Antho ny Mielke, cousins, Katie Lamers, Mark Driessen and Kip Nushart and clo se friends, Rob Munes and Dick Kobussen.The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14 at ST. MA RY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 W. 7th Street Kaukauna with Fr. Robert Udulutsch o fficiating. Friends will be received on Thursday at the Boettcher Family F uneral Home 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p. m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. again on Friday at Church from 10: 00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is bei ng established. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna is assisting t he family. 766-2099.Uncle Tom: Even though I am still little, I do have a big heart.
