  Sgt 1st class Eacho, age 38, of Black Creek, Wisconsin grew up in Kenosha before attending high school in the Wisconsin community of Seymour, and was living in Watertown, N.Y., with his wife and two sons. He was awarded the Soldier's Medal, one of the Army's highest honors for heroism outside of combat, for his 2003 rescue of a 4-year-old girl and her grandfather who were trapped in an overturned car on a Pennsylvania road. He was a 17 yr Army Veteran. He was 38.
