  Mildred Micke , 91, of Gibbon died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001, at Sibley Medi cal Center in Arlington. Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon wi th burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gib bon and continues for one hour prior to the time of service at church on W ednesday. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, James and Ordella Mic ke of Hutchinson, Donald and Janet Micke of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Thom as and Judy Micke of Delano; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildre n; and a sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Walter Hormann of Hutchinso n. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Micke on S ept. 21, 1991; great-grandson, Ian Micke in 1988; sister, Elsie Marks; a nd a brother, Alvin Mesenbring. She was born Dec. 30, 1909, in McLeod County, to Frank and Lena (Hoernm ann) Mesenbring. She attended the First Lutheran Grade School in Glenco e. She married Henry F. Micke on June 20, 1934, at First Lutheran Chur ch in Glencoe. They lived in Winthrop and then Gibbon. She worked as a co ok at the Gibbon school and at Curt's Cafe. She was a member of the Immanu el Lutheran Church in Gibbon.
