  Mary Ann Hein Hinkens, of Watertown, died on July 24, 2007, at the age of 79. Mary Ann was born in Osborn, WI, on December 9, 1927, the daughter of Joseph and Alice (nee Walter) Hein. She was active in the American Legion Post #106 in Seymour for 54 years and the VFW Waukesha Post #721 which she was president for two years. She was on many boards at the First Congregational Church and was active in the church Choir, Missions and was a Sunday school teacher. Mary Ann was employed at Bank One for 12 years as a bookkeeper. Mary Ann will be sadly missed by her daughters: Kathryn (Richard) Rosner, Brillion; LuAnn Weihert, Watertown; sons: William Hinkens, Marinette; Robert Hinkens, Marinette; granddaughters: Amy (Patrick) Klimek, Lisa Convery and Kimmy McGuire; grandson, Clifford Hinkens; great-grandchildren: Chloe and Mercedes Convery, Savannah and Hunter Rohda; sisters: Patricia Streur, Appleton; Trudy (Lee) Dunham, Neenah; brother, Victor (Janice) Hein, Black Creek and sister in-law, Joanne Hein, Seymour. Mary Ann is also survived by other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant sister, Lila; brother, Bud; and brother in-law John. A funeral service for Mary Ann will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2007, at 7 p.m. at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 26, at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service. A second service for Mary Ann will be held on Friday, July 27, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Peace United Church of Christ, 489 Glenview Ave., Brillion, WI. A second visitation will be on Friday, July 27, from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park 3131 Richmond Street, Appleton, WI.
