- Lucille M. Feldkamp, Kaukauna, age 91, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, at St. Paul Home. She was born June 21, 1915, to the late George and Anna (Prepster) Walter in Sheboygan Falls. On June 17, 1939, she was united in marriage to Leo Feldkamp at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Sheboygan County. He preceded her in death on May 7, 1999. The couple farmed in rural Kaukauna for over 36 years, where they owned and operated a dairy farm until their retirement. Lucille was a lifelong member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She was a true homemaker. She enjoyed collecting recipes, baking, cooking, gardening, travel and bird watching. She took a special interest in her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by three sons: Donald (Bev) Feldkamp, Appleton; Richard (Janice) Feldkamp, Telford, PA, and Robert (Mary Jo) Feldkamp, Eagen, MN; a daughter, Delores (Merlin) Vander Heiden, Green Bay; nine grandchildren, Dan Feldkamp, Diane Feldkamp, Karen (Chris) Ebben, Tom Feldkamp, Ed (Amy) Feldkamp, Becky (Rich) Klavon, Steve (Sheryl) Vander Heiden, Randy Vander Heiden, and Vicki (Jim) Jirschele; 10 great-grandchildren: Chase and Tyler Vander Heiden, Ryan, Logan, Alex and Kaitlyn Jirschele, Lukas and Ethan Feldkamp, Grace Peterson and Nickolas Klavon. She is further survived by a brother Jerome (Gloria) Walter, Sheboygan Falls and sister-in-law, Vera Feldkamp, Kaukauna.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leo; a brother, Cletus Walter; a grandson, Jeff Feldkamp; and a granddaughter, Sondra Feldkamp. She was also preceded in death by Leo's family, Joseph, Norbert (Genevieve), Anthony (Mary), Bernard, Richard, Hilary (Ethel) Feldkamp, Leona Feldkamp, and Suzanne (Mike) Arnoldussen.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2007, at ST. MARY of the ANNUNCIATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday, May 16, at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. Prayer Service and again on Thursday at Church, from 10:00 am until the time of service. A memorial is being established in her name. Burial will take place in the Parish cemetery. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna, is assisting the family. 920-766-2099.
