- Eunice Wisner, 74, Appleton, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2010, at Oakridge Gardens surrounded by her family. She was born on Jan. 17, 1936, in the Town of Ellington, the daughter of the late Edward and Anna (Pritzl) Sommers. Eunice was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She retired from Kimberly-Clark.
Eunice is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jim Wisner; four children, Rebecca (David) Bouchette, Neenah; Debby (Don) Kramer, Appleton; Scott (Amy) Wisner, Dale; and Todd (special friend, Shelly) Wisner, Appleton; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dee (Ken) Strong, Edgar; Dorothy Mertes, Neenah; and Helen (Pat) Hart, Appleton; and her mother-in-law, Bea Duquine, Marinette. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Eunice was preceded in death by her three brothers, Eddie, Gene and John Sommers.
The Memorial Mass for Eunice will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 222 E. Fremont Street, Appleton. Fr. Robert Karuhn will be officiating. Inurnment will take place at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Stephensville. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass.

Eunice would like to thank her sister and best friend, Helen, for her friendship and support; her grandson, Nicholas, for all his visits and phone calls; her friend Julaine Beinemann, for all the cards with her thoughts and prayers; also, the staff at Oakridge Gardens for their unbelievable care.
