  See Image Joseph West, 214 East Summer S t., Appleton, age 93, died Tuesday, December 22nd, 1992 after a brief ill ness. Joe was born on August 14th, 1899 in Freedom, Wisconsin. Joe was u nited in marriage to Catherine Weber in 1920 and were married for 54 year s. During his marriage he was employed at the former Interlake Corp., n ow known as Consolidated Papers Inc. for 42 years. Joe was happy to li ve at the Keen agers for the past five years. Joe is survived by a daught er, Arlene (Thomas) Rogers, of Appleton; three sons: Henry (Jeanne) Wes t, of Appleton; Robert (Elizabeth) West, of Seattle Washington; Norbert (M arie) West, of Appleton; a brother, Edward (Isabelle) West, of Appleto n; a son-in-law, Ervin Portman, of Oshkosh; 31 grandchildren, 74 great-gra ndchildren, eight great great-grandchildren, many special nieces and nephe ws. Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine: two daughters: Vale ria and Lola Mae; a daughter-in-law, Marie T. Gasser; two infant granddaug hters, seven brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be he ld on Thursday, December 24th, 1992 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, corn er of Morrison at Wisconsin with Father Wilbert Staudenmiaer officiatin g.
