- Rusch, Maynard R. " Curly"Maynard Rusch, Kimberly, age 76, passed away Monday, February 6, 2006 at P arkside Care Center in Little Chute, following a year-long battle with can cer. Curly was born June 17, 1929 in the town of Holland, son of the la te Oscar and Marie (Buechler) Rusch. For many years, he drove a milk deliv ery route for both Schaefer and Borden's dairies. During part of that tim e, he also delivered newspapers to the carriers for the Post Crescent. Cur ly enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and golf. All who kn ew him will remember his quick wit and sense of humor he left his ma rk on everyone he met.Survivors include four sons: Rick (Sue) Rusch of Darboy; Jim (Barby) Rus ch of Oregon, Wisconsin; and their son, Ethan; Mick (Kim) Rusch of Appleto n; and their children: Andy and Sarah; and Tim (Becky) Rusch of Little Chu te; and their children: Nicole and Patrick; a brother-in-law, Richard Boe hm of Green Bay; his former wife, Julienne Rusch of Kaukauna; and her brot hers and sisters: Franny (Marie) Verbeten, Dick (Janet) Verbeten, Rosea nn Van Ryzin, and Gretchen Hornung Price; his two Godchildren: Tom Boehm a nd Karen Schefchik, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, other relat ives and friends.Maynard was preceded in death by his parents and by sisters: Pearl Belis le in 1976 and Laverne Boehm in 2003.A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 20 06 at the funeral home chapel with Sr. Carol Haanen officiating.
