- Hatchell, Mary JoanMary Joan (Van De Loo) Hatchell, age 75, died Wednesday, October 5, 200 5, at her home in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Mary was born on March 27, 193 0, to the late John and Ella (Daanen) Van De Loo of Kaukauna. She marri ed Cornelius J. Hatchell of Kaukauna on August 28, 1952, at Saint Mary's C atholic Church and was a lifelong resident of Kaukauna. Mary was a gradua te of Kaukauna High School and worked for many years as a bank teller at F armers and Merchants Bank. Mary was a deeply devoted Catholic and was a fa ith-filled inspiration to many people throughout her life. She was an acti ve member of St. Aloysius Catholic parish in Kaukauna and generously volun teered time to the Kaukauna Area School District. Mary was a warm and cari ng person who deeply loved her husband, children and grandchildren.Survivors include her five children: Joseph (Lisa) Hatchell, Brown Deer, W I; Jane (Joseph) Dean, Port Washington, WI; Peter (Diana) Hatchell, Wright stown, WI; Paul (Susi) Hatchell, Wassenaar, The Netherlands; James (Mauree n) Hatchell, Kaukauna, WI; 15 grandchildren: Ryan (Eryn), Eric and Caley H atchell; Zachary, Adam, Laura and Sam Dean; Brooke Hatchell; Daniel, Carl y, Peter and John Hatchell; Kathryn, Michael and Thomas Hatchell; two sist ers: Rose (Van De Loo) Landgraf, Madison, WI; Ruth (Van De Loo) Coenen, Ka ukauna, WI; a brother, Leo Van De Loo, Kaukauna, WI; numerous nieces and n ephews.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Cornelius "Connie" Hatche ll, her sister Anna Marie (Van De Loo) Klister and brother James Van De Lo o.A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at Saint A loysius Catholic Church, Kaukauna at 3:30 p.m. with Father Jerry Pastors o fficiating. Friends may call at Saint Aloysius on Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. u ntil mass. In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy, a memori al fund has been established to benefit the Kaukauna Catholic School Syste m.
