- Joyce S. Mueller, age 85, passed away peacefully at Appleton Medical Center on Sunday, May 2, 2010. She was born on April 25, 1925, in Appleton; daughter of the late Irwin and Erna (Butter) Kimball. On July 7, 1945, she was united in marriage to Donald Mueller in Appleton. Joyce enjoyed farming, gardening and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Mueller, DePere; her daughters: Ruth (Jim) Nachreiner, Whitewater; Renee (Lyle) Clavers, DePere; grandchildren: Melanie (Scott) Lambie, Jason (Christy) Stover, Jeremy (Nichole) Stover, Laura (Brian) McCullum and Ryan Nachreiner; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Jessica Lambie, Katelyn and Emily Stover and Adam McCullum; son-in-law, Phillip Stover; brothers and sisters: Jim (Lois) Kimball, Earl (Doreen) Kimball, Gloria (Joe) Gibson, Ila Schabo, Nancy (Tom) McKay and Peggy (Bob) VanStippen; sister-in-law, Phyllis Wisthoff and by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Rebecca "Becky" Stover and a granddaughter, Dawn Shepherd.
Funeral services for Joyce will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 2101 Green Bay Rd., Kaukauna, with Pastor Mark Cline officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be held in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
