  Gustave Weinke. 86. of 316 Second St. died at 9:15 p.m. Saturday at the Theda Clark Hospital following a nine-year illness. He was born June 21 1876 in Germany. He came to Menasha at the age of 12. He was employed for 55 years by Strange Paper Co. until his retirement in 1948. He was a member of the ERA and the St. Joseph Society of St. Mary Church. Surviviors include two daughters, Mrs. Irene Schiffer, Menasha. Mrs. Joseph J. Derfler, Appleton; two sisters. Mrs. Emma Kolgren, and Mrs. Ida Spice, both of Neenah; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Laemmrich Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Church. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
