  Leslie Gruber Farmer Leslie Gruber of Visalia passed away at age 76 on Thursday, May 31, 2012. He was a walnut rancher, custodian, and taxi driver. He was a resident of Visalia, CA. He was born to John and Cecilia Gruber on July 7, 1935 in Visalia, CA. He married Muriel Albury who preceded him in death. They had one child: Therese (Gruber) Hutchinson. Also preceding him in death is his sister Martha, sister Gerry, and brother Wilmer. He is survived by his daughter Therese (Gruber) Hutchinson, her husband Chet, their children Samantha and Heather Hutchinson, brothers Elroy Gruber, Ronald Gruber, his wife Robin, sisters Mildred Roehrig, Vandey Maxwell, her husband Lester, and many nieces and nephews. Leslie enjoyed antique cars, gardening, and spending lots of time with his granddaughters. Services will be held at Salser and Dillard. Visitation is Thursday June 7th A rosary will be recited Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 6 p.m. Funeral service will be held Friday, June 8, 2012 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel at 10 a.m. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Burial at Visalia District Cemetery.
