  Robert M. Kempen passed away on Feb. 24, 2017 at Assisted Living in Page, Arizona. He was born Feb. 18, 1939 in Green Bay, WI, son of the late Henry and Leona (Heiting) Kempen. Bob was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 1957 and served his country in the U.S. Army. In 1962 he was united in marriage to Phyllis Probst in St. John, WI. They became parents of son David (deceased) formerly of Page, AZ, daughter Connie (David) Cady of Danville, CA - children Ryan and Erin, son Wesley (Michelle) of Brillion, WI - children Isaiah, Alana, Isabell, Alyssa, son Stan (Renee) of Brillion, WI - children Zachary, Alexxes, Mitchel, Sawyer, daughter Lisa (Joe) Kocourek of Brillion, WI - children Garrett and Evan. Later they divorced. After over a decade of farming in WI, Bob moved to Arizona where he owned and operated Bob's Boat Transportation with son David and other employees. In his life Bob was a stockcar driver and enjoyed fishing, water-skiing and snowmobiling. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Melvin and Kenneth.
