- Henrietta C. Fleming, 91, Little Chute, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Parkside Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bear Creek on March 9, 1919, to the late Reinhart and Bertha (Hermans) LeNoble. Henrietta married Orville F. Fleming on May 7, 1937. He preceded her in death in November of 1986. She was a lifelong member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Henrietta liked playing cards, including Schmear, Sheepshead and Rummy 500. She was also a talented baker, embroiderer and crocheter. Henrietta enjoyed going out to eat and a good brandy Old Fashioned. She especially treasured time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and sisters, Fran and Min.
Henrietta is survived by her children, Pat (Cal) Welch, Little Chute; Barbara (Joe) Romaine, California; Jean (Don) Heauter, Berlin; Tom (Vicky), Baraboo; Allan, Massassachusetts; and Kevin (Manny Luna), California; daughter-in-law, Ann Fleming; grandchildren, Jodi (James) Boldt, Mike (Kathy), Chad, Dan (Gina) and Craig (Sarah) Welch, Diane (Joe) Heise, Larry Haueter, Beth (Chuck) Geiger, Scott (Amanda) Ulmen, Heather Garret, Wendy (Mike) Golden, Missy (Shawn) Casper, Terry (Rob) Verhagen, Keith (Pam), Brian, Todd (Brandy), Jason (Ann Marie), Jennifer and Joshua Fleming; 26 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Helen LeNoble, Rose Fleming, Dawn Hettinga, Susan Adamshack, David (Melva), Dick (Miriam) Henry (Sharon), Harold and Elroy Marsceau; and special nephew Dick (Annie) Rollo. She is further survived by many other relatives, friends and her granddog, Maggie Mae.
In addition to her parents and husband, Henrietta was preceded in death by her children, Gerald, Gordon, Wayne "Butch", Janice Ulmen and infant son Dean; grandson, Jeff Dagneau; son-in-law, Don Dagneau; siblings, Frances (George) Vissers, Min (Louis) Rollo, Charles (Isabell), William (Imogene), Jacob (Marge), Ray (Helen), Norbert and Joseph LeNoble; brothers and sisters-in-law, Hank Hettinga, Norman Adamshack, Eugene (Kay), Lois and Maryann Marsceau, Dorothy Fleming, Mable (Herman) McElhose, Violet (Ed) Treu and Robert Fleming.
Visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 7, 2011, at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 3 p.m. until time of Mass at 5 p.m. The Rev.
