  Godschalx, Dorothy A.Dorothy A. Godschalx, age 81 of Kaukauna, formerly of Little Chute, died F riday, Jan. 20, 2006, with family at her side. Dorothy was born in Litt le Chute November 21, 1924, daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine (Sch umacher) Driessen. She married Vincent A. Godschalx, October 5, 1948. He p receded her in death April 1, 1992. She was a lifelong member of St. Jo hn Nepomucene Catholic Church. She belonged to the St. John Mission Clu b, Resurrection Choir, Ladies Auxiliary and volunteered at the rectory a nd Parkside Care Center. She was also a teacher's aide at St. John Schoo l. She enjoyed lending a helping hand to everyone she could at St. Paul Vi lla where she lived for the past several years. Dorothy was a loving wif e, mother and grandmother, enjoying the time spent with her family especia lly her grandchildren.Dorothy is survived by seven children, Joanne (Tom) Byrnes, Homer, AK; Dia ne (Brian) Maclean, Danial, WY; William (Pam) Godschalx, Moab, Utah; Car ol (Tom) Romenesko, Kaukauna; Paul Godschalx, Sherwood and fiancee Jean ne Pennings; Luann Godschalx and husband Pedro Moura, Boston, MS; Ellen (P aulatai) Sevelo, Anchorage, AK; 18 grandchildren, Benjamin and Amanda Byrn es; Sara (Jason) Haas, Forrest and Logan Maclean; Adrienne Godschalx and W hitney Webster; Matt, Stacey and Amy Romenesko; Jacob and Kate Godschal x; Carmen, Maria and Charlie Pennings; Michael Burch; Paulatai V., Tamiy ah and Ana Sevelo; brothers and sisters, Patricia (James) Jansen; Kenne th (Joan) Driessen; Robert (Regina) Driessen.Dorothy was preceded in death by a brother, Fred (Marie) Driessen, and a s ister, Barbara (Dave) Hartman.Funeral Mass will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006, at St. John N epomucene Catholic Church. The Rev. Patrick Beno will officiate. The fami ly will receive friends Thursday after 3 p.m. until the time of Mass at ch urch. Committal St. John Cemetery, Little Chute.
