- Audrey Landreman, Kaukauna, 75, passed away very suddenly on Friday, Aug. 24, 2007. Audrey was born in Kaukauna on March 6, 1932, daughter of the late Bruno and Elizabeth (Reichel) Kraft. As a young woman, Audrey worked at Zwicker Knitting Mills in Appleton, and later at Stokely Van Camp, and Romy's Nightingale. On Sept. 8, 1951, she married James Landreman in Kaukauna; Jim preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 1989. She enjoyed working as a local crossing guard as well as volunteering at the St. Vincent de Paul store. Everyone will remember Audrey as an avid fan of both the Green Bay Packers and the Kaukauna Ghosts. She enjoyed feeding the many birds and small animals that visited her yard, and caring for her vegetable garden. Audrey was a member of the St. Mary's Altar Society and also sang in the choir for many years. Her two sisters treasured her ability to drive, since they did not - Audrey was designated to drive the threesome to the many rummage sales they visited.
Audrey is survived by two daughters, Betty (Joe) Robedeaux and Karen (Bill) Mueller, both of Kaukauna; two sons, Gary (Sarah) Landreman and Mark (Jean) Landreman, both of Kaukauna; six granddaughters, Nikki (Bill) Boyd, Danni Robedeaux, Tammi (Mark) Bartels, Laurie Landreman, Sarah (Todd) Smits, and Amber Mueller; four great-grandsons, Taylor and Carter Bartels and Cameron and Braeden Boyd; two brothers-in-law, Larry (Maureen) Landreman, Ohio and John (Marilyn) Landreman, Kaukauna; two sisters-in-law, Ruby Landreman, Ohio and Joan Landreman, Kaukauna; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, in 1989; a brother, Robert (Mary) Kraft; sisters, Margaret (Ralph) Doering and Betty (Earl) Verbeten; a sister-in-law, Dolores Landreman and three brothers-in-law, George Landreman, Bill Landreman, and Greg Landreman.
The funeral liturgy for Audrey will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2007, at ST. KATHARINE'S PARISH (St. Mary's Site) in Kaukauna with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service.
