  Veronica "Vera" Kerkhoff Feldkamp, 98, Kaukauna, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. Vera was born on April 15, 1911, in Hollandtown, daughter of the late Andrew and Minnie (Van Lanen) Kerkhoff. On October 14, 1931, she was united in marriage to Bernard Feldkamp in Wrightstown. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1992. Vera was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church and was active in the Altar Society serving as President for many years. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Cletus and Marianne Feldkamp, Kaukauna; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Carol Van Rossum of Princeton, Patricia and Bob Schaefer of Kaukauna, and Mary Ann and Ted Vahovius of Tyler, Texas; a brother-in-law, Charles Janssen; two sisters-in-law: Dorothy Kerkhoff and Mary Alice Kerkhoff. She will also be greatly missed by twenty grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, her daughter Elaine, her son and daughter-in-law: Roger and Rose Feldkamp, her son-in-law Jim Van Rossum, her grandson Todd Feldkamp, seven brothers, seven sisters, and numerous other relatives. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at St. Katharine Drexel Parish @ St. Mary Site, 119 West 7th Street, Kaukauna, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Viewing and visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Vera's name. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home is assisting the family. (920-766-2099)
