- Gregor G. Weber, 84, formerly of the Town of Lamartine and a reside nt at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home for the past five years, died Monday, A ug. 22, 2005, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home.He was born on Sept. 19, 1920, in Appleton, the son of John and Caroline B latz Weber.
On Oct. 24, 1944, he married Angeline Horn at Sacred Heart Catholic Churc h, Sherwood, with the Rev. Raymond Fox officiating.
Gregor worked for Better Farms, Flying Dollar Ranch, and later he work ed as a truck driver for CW Transport. After retirement he was a bagg er at Lauer?s and Copps grocery stores. He was born and raised in the Appl eton area and has been a Fond du Lac resident since 1945. He was a memb er of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary?s Church. He was a past member of the La martine Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed his hobby farm and volunteer ing at the Fond du Lac County Fair.
Survivors include his wife, Angeline Weber of Fond du Lac; one daughter, J anet (Alan) Feucht of Waupun; three sons, Dennis (Ann) Weber of Lamartin e, Gary (Karen) Weber of Fond du Lac and Kevin (Karen) Weber of West Ben d; his grandchildren, Jeff (Raelynn) Feucht of Fond du Lac, Janeen (Tim) P atterson of Fond du Lac, Jon Feucht of Whitewater, Stephanie (Eric) H au of Waupun, Michael (Julie) Weber of Fond du Lac, Brian (Vickie) Web er of Fond du Lac, Jamie (Mike) Patten of Fond du Lac, Scott Weber of Fo nd du Lac and Amanda Weber of West Bend; two step-grandchildren, Jamie Sch lueter and Dan Schlueter, both of Iron Ridge; five great-grandchildren; th ree step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ervin Weber of Grand Chute a nd Joseph Weber of Greenville; four sisters, Sally (Harold) Eichstadt of O shkosh, Sr. Marylene Frances Weber S.S.N.D of Milwaukee, Thelma Ryba of Li ttle Chute and Irene Liebhauser of Neenah.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Scott Feucht; fo ur brothers, Norbert, Edward, Raymond and John Jr.; an infant brother; t wo infant sisters; two brothers-in-law, Orville Ryba and Kenneth Liebhause r; and one sister-in-law, Arletta Weber.
Services: A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, 200 5, at Holy Family Parish-St. Mary?s Church. Entombment will follow at t he Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.
Visitation: Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, 200 5, at the church.
