- Heesakker, Beatrice (nee B ea Stilp)Bea Heesakker, of Kimberly, age 84, died Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at h er home. Bea was born on September 16, 1920, in Neenah, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Ivan and Gladys (Sensenbrenner) Stilp. Bea married Lawre nce Heesakker on October 1, 1949, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Menash a. He survives. Bea died as she lived, quietly and peacefully. Bea was a h appy, serene person dedicated to her husband and family. Her trademark beautiful smile lit up the atmosphere, and was inherited by all who knew her. Her husband, children, and grandchildren knew how much they were loved. They were awed by her sweet, gentle nature. Bea was an avid reader a nd an always ready, eager, and happy traveler. She loved music and the art s. Attendance at the Weidner Center in Green Bay and the Performing Arts C enter in Appleton were cherished events.In addition to her husband, Bea is survived by a daughter, Ann Weilan d, of Kimberly, and a son Steve Heesakker, of Shawano, (special friend, A nn Nack), and five grandchildren, Brian Weiland, Jaime (Michael) Reider, N icole Weiland, Tammy Heesakker, and Jodi Heesakker. Further survivors incl ude brothers; Ivan (Margaret) Stilp, of Orlando, Fla., James (Celine) Stil p, of Larsen, Wis., and Gerald (Kathie) Stilp, of Elm Grove, Wis.; brothe rs and sisters-in-law; Emmett (Elinor) Hoks, of Appleton, Agnes Heesakke r, of Kimberly, Margaret Schwaller, of Appleton, and Francis (Stack) and S hirley Heesakker, of Appleton, and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Bea was preceded in death by her sister, Georg ianne Hoks, and in-laws, George and Annie Heesakker, Sr. Callista Heesakke r, Loretta and Eugene Harp, Josephine and Joseph Mueller, Dorothy Mae Hees akker, Mary and Bill Van Offeren, and Robert Schwaller.The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at Noon on Saturday, January 22, 20 05, at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 Pine Street, Little Chut e, with Msgr. James Vanden Hogen presiding. Inurnment will be in Holy Na me Cemetery, Kimberly. Friends may call from 10 a.m. Saturday until the ti me of services directly at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fu nd in Bea's name has been established.The family extends very special and sincere thanks to: Dr. Jack Anderson a nd his staff for their genuine concerns and feelings for Bea; the staff a nd volunteers of ThedaCare At Home Hospice for their wonderful care; and t he entire staff at Cherry Meadows Hospice.
