- Kilsdonk, RobeRobert F. Kilsdonk, Town of Buchanan, age 76, died Monday, April 24, 200 6, at Cherry Meadows with family by his side. Bob was born January 12, 193 0, to the late Henry and Minnie (Van Daalwyk) Kilsdonk in Kimberly. He mar ried the former Dolores Sprangers on June 7, 1955. Together they enjoy ed 50 years of marriage, raising four daughters. Bob served his Count ry in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. In Bob's younger yea rs he was a dairy farmer and also worked at the Kimberly Mill as a Machi ne Tender and Foreman before retiring from Midtec in 1991. He was a longti me member of Holy Angels Parish in Darboy and served on the Cemetery Assoc iation Board for many years. Bob enjoyed walleye fishing and spending ti me with family and friends at the family cottage on Lake Winnebago. He w as a superb woodworker who produced many beautiful, usable and practical i tems for his entire family. Later on in life, Dolores and Bob enjoyed bei ng snowbirds, spending winters in Eustis, FL. He will be greatly miss ed by all who knew and loved him.He is survived by his wife, Dolores Kilsdonk; his four daughters: Diane (R andy) Hermsen, Sue (Randy) Ahrens, Lynn (Bill) Gardner, Ann (Ben) Behlin g, six grandchildren: Wendi, Robert Joseph (BJ), Kayla, Holly, Stephanie a nd Brandon; a brother, Clarence (Pat) Kilsdonk; two sisters: Germaine (Joh n) Verage and Mary Ann (Bill) Steichen; four step sisters: Ceil Kempen, Ir ene Vanderaa, Marlene Green and Judy Shaw and many friends, nieces and nep hews.He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Minnie Kilsdonk, his st ep father, Ted Kemps, a sister, Patricia Mary Kilsdonk, a brother, James K ilsdonk, a nephew, Tom Kilsdonk, a niece, Jeannie Stoeger, a step siste r, Laverne Vanderloop and a step brother, Ernie Kemps.Bob's Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday April 27, 200 6, at Holy Spirit Parish at HOLY ANGELS CATHOLIC CHURCH, Darboy, with F r. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Viewing and visitation will be Wednesday, Apr il 26th at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kauka una, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with a Parish Prayer Service schedul ed at 7 p.m. and again on Thursday at Church from 10 a.m. until the ti me of service. Interment and Full Military Burial Rites will follow Bob 's service in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fu nd is being established.
