- Buechler, Elmer "Chub"Elmer Buechler, age 89, of Wrightstown, died Tuesday, Jan 4, 2005 at Go od Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. Elmer was born on August 31, 19 15 in the Town of Wrightstown to the late Theodore and Anna (Lamers) Buech ler. He married Mary Schmidt on August 28, 1947 at St. Francis Church in H ollandtown.Elmer farmed outside Wrightstown for many years and worked at various plac es including Hillcrest Farms and Haen Veal Farms before moving to Wrightst own in 1986. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrightsto wn as well as the Holy Name Society. Elmer was an officer in the Wrightsto wn Golden Agers and enjoyed playing Sheepshead.Elmer is survived by his wife Mary, 3 children; Nancy (Ray) Mooren of De P ere, Carol (Jim) Henrichs of Highland, IL, Bill (Lynn) Buechler of Darbo y, 8 grandchildren; Tim (Tracy) Mooren of Green Bay, Terry (Kathy) Moor en of Kiel, Tracie Mooren of Freedom, Troy Mooren of De Pere and special f riend Nikki See, Ryan and Adam Henrichs of Highland, IL, Sarah and Lexie B uechler of Darboy, 4 great grandchildren, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-l aw; Betty (Bill) Nelson of Vista, CA, Bob (Elaine) Schmidt of Kaukauna, Do rt Schmidt of Seymour and Jim Baltus of Laona.Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, a son Jim, 4 brothers, 6 siste rs, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.Friends may call at the De Wane-Cotter Funeral Home, 711 Main St. Wrightst own on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Wake service 7:00 p.m. Visitation will contin ue on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrights town. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Saturday at t he church with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating.
