- Ashauer, Joseph P.Joseph P. Ashauer, Hortonville, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on Sund ay November 27, 2005. He was born on March 16, 1968, in Appleton. Joe grad uated from Hortonville High School in 1986. On October 9, 1993, he marri ed Jennifer Dreher in Greenville. He worked at MCC the past 6 years and w as a volunteer fireman for Greenville and Ellington. He enjoyed snowmobili ng, fishing and dirt biking. Joe was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Chur ch in Greenville.He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; three children: Dwayne, Abby and Gra ce, all at home; his parents: Dennis and Susan Ashauer, Greenville; his pa ternal grandmother, Cecelia "Hubby" Ashauer, Greenville; his mother-in-l aw and father-in-law: Julius and Gwendolyn Dreher, Kewaskum; three brother s: Anthony (Kelly) Ashauer and their children April, Zachary, Seth and Bre anna; Jacob (Kristin) Ashauer, New London; Arthur "Barney" (Becky) Ashau er and their children Edyn and Lincoln; a sister, Mary Ann (Tony) Berren s, Hortonville. He is further survived by numerous other relatives and fri ends.He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Arthur and Irene McH ugh, paternal grandfather Edward Ashauer, cousin Timothy Danke, three uncl es: Michael Swartz, Robert Broehm, Donald McHugh, an aunt Kathy McHugh.The Funeral Mass for Joe will be held at 11 a.m. Friday December 2, 200 5, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville with Fr. Mark Vander Ste eg officiating. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery. Visitation wi ll be at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville on Thursday from 4 - 8 p .m. where a 7:30 p.m. prayer service will be held, and on Friday from 10 a .m. until the time of service. A Memorial Fund has been established.
