He and his parents and two of his sisters arrived together in New York and went to Wisonsin were his brother Peter was already located. He married Augusta Rheinhardt Nov 22 1849 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, they had eight children. Michael died between 1867 and 1870 in Rockland, Wisconsin. His burial record cannot be found.
