  Nancy M. Behnke, age 48, of 338 Mary St., Brillion, died unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 23, 2002 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. She was born June 1, 1954 in Green Bay, daughter of Leo and Jeanette (Schneider) Pritzl. On June 30, 1973 she married James A. Behnke at St. Mary Church in Brillion. Nancy loved babies, especially taking care of her grandchildren. She also had a special place in her heart for angels. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion. Nancy is survived by her husband: James; her parents: Leon and Jeanette Pritzl; one daughter and son-in-law: Tina and Dale Galoff, Brillion; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Richard and Tammy Jo Behnke, St. Nazianz; and Ryan Behnke at home; two grandchildren: Ariel and Levi Galoff; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Don and Sandy Pritzl, Brillion; and Howard and Barb Pritzl, Reedsville; one sister and a brother-in-law: Jeanne and Ralph Sprangers of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a brother: William James Pritzl; her maternal grandparents: William and Lena Schneider; and her paternal grandparents: William and Carrie Pritzl. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Brillion, with the Rev. Willard Vande Loo officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1100 W. Ryan St., Brillion, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26 and then again on Friday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. There will be a parish prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening at church. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the family with arrangements.
