  Kuborn, Jean C.Jean C. Kuborn, 76 years, passed away Monday, April 25, 2005, at her ho me in Kaukauna. She was born August 4, 1928, in Kaukauna, the daught er of the late Matthias and Agatha (Berendsen) Kuborn. She retired from t he Payroll Department in the accounting area at Thilmany's Pulp & Paper wh ere she was employed for over 40 years. Jean was a member of Holy Cross Ca tholic Church, Queen of Peace Choir, Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, Thilma ny Quarter Century Club and Catholic Families. She loved music, jigsaw puz zles and enjoyed traveling. Jean was a quiet person, but very caring and c oncerned about others.Jean is survived by her brother, Jerome Kuborn of Kaukauna; and sister, Si ster Louise Gertrude Kuborn of Clyde, Missouri. She is further surviv ed by cousins, other relatives and friends.Jean was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Francis and Lawren ce.The funeral liturgy will be held Thursday, April 28, 2005, 11 a.m. at HO LY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer St., Kaukauna with Fr. Matt Settl e, Fr. Lawrence S. Gerend and Deacon Jerry Kuborn officiating. Interment H oly Cross Cemetery.
