  DIED – Mrs. J. M. Radloff died last week Thursday, at the age of 62 years, survived by a husband and four sons. The funeral took place on Sunday, services being conducted by Rev. Trautman of Forest Junction, at the Friedens Church, the use of which the local congregation graciously extended for this purpose, the M. E. church of which the decedent was a member, not being available. The funeral was one of the largest ever seen here, testifying to the regard in which decedent was held by all who knew her. She had been an invalid for many years, unable to assume the duties of mother and housewife, and during this long period was treated with tenderest care and unceasing solicitude on the part of her husband and sons. During the early years, when yet in possession of her health and vigor, she blessed the home with all the lavish love and tender care that only a wife and mother can bestow until misfortune in the shape of illness deprived her of her strength. Then nobly did the husband and father prove himself. And as the father, so the sons! The world has many unacclaimed instances of fine though humble heroism and this is one. All who know this excellent family feel heartfelt sympathy with it in its sad bereavement. Brillion News Published in Chilton Times – October 5, 1907
