She was born August 29, 1937, to the la te John and Gertrude (Kilishek) Bloch, in Kaukauna, where she was a reside nt most of her life. Agnes graduated from St. Agnes School of Nursing in F ond du Lac, and had been employed by St. Paul Home. She enjoyed golfing, d oing crafts, watching wild birds and helping with Meals on Wheels. Agnes w as a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.She is survived by her husband, Wesley F. Romenesko, to whom she had be en married for 42 years; three sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and K ay Romenesko, Kaukauna; Thomas and Vicki Romenesko, Sauk City; Jeffrey a nd Cindy Romenesko, Pewaukee; two daughters and a son-in-law, Jennifer a nd Kenneth Keeley, Cottage Grove; Paula Schink, Kaukauna; 12 grandchildre n: Megan Romenesko, Michael and Kelly Behling, Joseph and Angelica Romenes ko, Nate and Gabe Keeley, Elaine, Alex and Katie Romenesko, Kyle and No ah Schink; a brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Darlene Bloch, Kaukaun a; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Theresa and Hank Wildenberg, Kau kauna; Mary and Dan Verstegen, Little Chute; Beth Grosnick, Mesa, Arizon a; her father-in-law, Joseph Romenesko; four brothrs-in-law: William (Celi ne) Romenesko, Darboy; Maynard (Rosanne) Romenesko, Combined Locks; Dani el (Gerry) Romenesko, Little Chute; Gary (Adele) Romenesko, Little Chut e; two sisters-in-law: Betty (Matt) Hupfer, West Bend; Pat (Roger) Hermse n, New London; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her m other-in-law, Barbara Romenesko.The funeral liturgy for Agnes will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, January 7, 20 02, at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street with Father Jack Mu llarkey officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may ca ll at the church from 3:00 p.m. Monday until the time of the service.
