  Allan Edward Kielgas, 81, of Appleton, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Allan was born on March 7, 1932 to the late Alex and Sylvia (Burmeister) Kielgas. Allan was a sports fan, especially his Detroit Lions and Chicago Cubs. Allan spent many hours soing jug saw puzzles which he loved. Allan is survived by siblings Glenn (June)Kielgas, James Kielgas, Betty (Doug) Hendricks, Sandy (John) Zackas, Barbara (special friend Bob) Reinke, Jeanne (Dave) Williamson, a brother-in-law, Don Lee and a sister-in-law, Mary Kielgas, nieces and nephews. Allan was preceded in death by his siblings; Alex Jr., Richard, Judy Lee, and infant brothers Edward and Dennis. In following with the family's wishes no services will be held and Allan will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery. Published in Appleton Post-Crescent on May 8, 2013
