  Mrs. Chris Vils Mrs. Chris Vils, 78, of 321 W. Eighth street, Kaukauna, died at 5:15 a.m. today at Kaukauna after a long illness. She was born June 23, 1881, in Marion and lived 50 years in Kaukauna. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic church, Kaukauna, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral home, Kaukauna, where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Friday. She is survived by her widower; two daughters, Mrs. Herbert Trettin and Mrs. John Niesz, both of Kaukauna; four sons, Gerald, George and William, all of Kaukauna, and Kenneth, Studio City, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. David Rew, Mercer, Mrs. Henry Meyers, Birnamwood, and Mrs. Ben Barker, Appleton; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
