  See Image Norbert Ruppert, A retired Belgium farmer died Monday at St. Nicholas hospital, Sheboygan. Norbert Ruppert, 4 8, of 4441 S. 12th St., Sheboygan died of an apparant heart attack. Mr. Ruppert was born Aug. 16, 1927 in the town of Belgium. He was the son of Nicholas and Elizabeth Kartheiser Ruppert. Services for Mr. Ruppert will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. from the Jungers-Eernisse Funeral Home, Dacada to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lake Church at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be Wednesday after 4 p.m. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Julia (Michael) Dahm of Belgium. It is assummed he had no children as none are mentioned in his obit.
