  Richard Michael Grignon, 64 of Appleton, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital surrounded by family following a short battle with cancer on March 17, 2014. Richard was born September 29, 1949 the son of Paul and Catherine (Horan) Grignon. Richard is survived by his daughter, Linsey Grignon (partner Molly Speer); a son, Bryce Grignon and his children, Cyrus and Kyla Grignon, all of Vancouver, Washington; a sister, Judith (David) Shickel, Crofton, Maryland; two brothers, Scott (Karen) Grignon and Andre (Heidi Schmit) Grignon, all of Appleton; a brother-in-law, Robert Roeder, Indianapolis, IN; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Janet Roeder. Per Richard's wishes there will be no funeral services. Published in Appleton Post-Crescent on Mar. 19, 2014
