- See Image Mrs. Don Roehrborn, Ila VanAst en, age 61, died Friday, January 6th, 1995, at her home following a courag eous battle with cancer. She was born April 16th, 1933 in Little Chute, t he daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Verhagen) VanAsten. Ila marr ied Don Roehrborn, November 3rd, 1951 in the Fort Hood, Texas. She w as a very loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who doted over h er family. She was a member of the St. Francis Catholic church. She is s urvived by her husband of 43 years, Don and her 10 children: Donna and But ch Lom, Freedom; Sherri McCormick and a special friend Bruce Brunner, of A ppletonVicki and Pete Moreno, of Freedom; Margo and Doug Hietpas, of Fre edom; Kurt and Marie Roehrborn, of Holland town; Tanya and Tim Harin g, of Kaukauna; Maureen and Victor Tepiew, of Texas; Pauline and Ross Grod e, of Appleton; Marci Roehrborn and Kelli Roehrborn, both at home; 26 gran dchildren; four brothers and five sisters in law: Carl and Donna VanAste n, of Kaukauna; Floyd and Irene VanAsten, of Little Chute; Art and Jan Van Asten, of Darboy; Gene and Marge VanAsten, of Little Chute; Pat VanAste n, of Kaukauna; five sisters and four brothers in law: Millie and Robert B achmann, of Appleton; Marion dufrane, of Little Chute; Lil and Ed VanHeukl on, of Kimberly; Marge and Ed Belongea, of Kimberly; Carol and Gene Diedri ck, of Combined Locks. She is further survived by her husband's two siste rs and a brother: Virginia Sager, of Green Bay; Audrey (Robert) VanHeeswy k, of Combined Locks; Milford (Lilas) Roehrborn, of Kaukauna. She was prec eded in death by a beloved son, Terry, her father and mother in law, Walt er and Emma Roehrborn, a brother, Robert, a sister, Rita VanAsten, two bro thers in law: Larry Dufrane and Gary (Maribeth) Roehrborn. The funeral se rvices will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Catholic Church, Holla nd town with Father William Rickert officiating. Burial will be in the S t. Francis cemetery. Friends may call at the Fargo a funeral home fr om 4 until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and after 8:30 a.m. on Monday until the cor tege leaves for the church. There will be a parish of prayer service at 8 :00 p.m. on Sunday. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Sp ecial thanks to Fr. Ken Frozena, Fr.
