  See image Mrs. Mary Rohan Died at Holla ndtown - Word was received here yesterday announcing the death of Mrs. Ma ry Rohan of Hollandtown, sister of the late Mrs. John McCarthy, who died M onday, aged 84 years. 1911 Kaukauna Sun dated 6/15/1911; Mrs. Mary Rohan aged 82 died at the ho me of her son Thomas Rohan in Hollandtown. Born in County Clare in 1829 s he immigrated to Mass in 1846, to Appleton in 1848 and to Holland in 184 9, her husband died in 1867. Seven children, 4 alive, Dennis of Sheboyga n, Ed of Oconto, Thomas of Holland, Mrs Mike Maloney of Buchanan and Mrs M ike Sommers of Askeaton. 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. 1911 Kaukauna Sun dated 6/22/1911; Attended funeral The funeral of Mrs. Ma ry Rohan of Hollandtown was held last Friday at St. Francis church in Holl andtown and was one of the largest funerals held in this vicinity for a qu arter century. Deceased was held in very high esteem and many came from ot her places to attend. Among those were John Conway, Pat Vaughn, John McCar ty, J.M. Brill and family, Mr & Mrs Jas. O'Leary, Mrs Frank Bellew and Mr s. Woeltz all of Appleton; Mrs. Hardy and daughters Annie and Ellen of Ell ington, Mr & Mrs Thomas Cox of Neenah, Mr & Mrs Martin Rohan of Milwauk ee and Mrs Dennis Rohan and daughter Mrs. Kircher of Sheboygan.
