I know it won't look right at first, but all the baptisms of the children show the mother as Marcelline St-Pierre. Dessein = Dessaint, which is part of her "dit" name, Dessaint dite St-Pierre. Anne may be part of her baptismal name, but she used Marcelline on a day-to-day basis.
