- Jansen, Margaret M.Margaret M. Jansen, 99, a Green Bay resident passed away on February 14, 2 004. She was born on October 23, 1904, to the late Ambrose and Aurela (Rob erts) Bessett. Margaret married Andrew Jansen on October 20, 1925; he prec eded her in death. She was employed by St. Vincent Hospital for many year s. Margaret enjoyed playing cards, bowling, watching wrestling and footbal l. She also enjoyed swimming, which she did until she was in her 80’s. Mar garet loved spending time with her family.She is survived by her 3 daughters; Shirley (Jack) Gehm, Barbara (Fritz) H rubesky, and Judy (Bill) McLaughlin, Fla; 14 grandchildren: Stephen Schoe n, JoAnne Jansen, Julie Kornowski, Jayne Duckett, Jim Jansen, Michael Lena rduzzi, Angie Gehm, Cindy Mangione, Jodie Gehm-VanVonderen, Lisa Gutknech t, Charles Hrubesky, Tiena Hussong, Michele Salszieder, Christopher Hrubes ky, and Patrick McLaughlin; 35 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew; two children, Andrew J r. and Mary Schoen; one grandson, Gary Gehm, one great-granddaughter, Ela ni Rae Hussong; a special person, Jeff Hussong, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.Friends may call at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St. Tuesd ay from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at t he church. Burial in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Proko-Wall Funeral Ho me & Crematory is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.The family would like to thank Bornemann Nursing Home; especially Barb a nd the special nurses aides who gave such loving care to her.
