- Pearl M. Krueger, Neenah, age 84, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born on January 4, 1921 in Neenah, daughter of the late John and Anna (Luebke) Bondow. On August 19, 1950, she was united in marriage to Glen R. Krueger. Glen preceded her in death in 2000. Pearl worked at Zwicker's Knitting Mill in Appleton for over 30 years before working at the switchboard at Theda Clark until her retirement. She continued to volunteer her time with Theda Clark's Auxiliary after her retirement.
Pearl is survived by her two daughters: Nancy Russo and Pat Zeinert, both of Neenah; two grandsons: Scott (Gabby) Zeinert, West Bend, and Brad (Jody) Zeinert, Neenah; her sisters, Marie (Joe) Schmidt, Winchester and Lucille Schmidt, New London; and by her sisters-in-law: Bernice Bondow, Neenah; Charlotte (Joe) Werner, Appleton and Alice Krueger, Hortonville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Glen, her son-in-law, Paul Zeinert, two brothers: Wilbur and Earl Bondow, and her sister, Erna Strey.
Funeral services for Pearl will be held on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at Martin Luther Ev. Lutheran Church, 436 S. Lake St., Neenah, with Rev. Richard Maurice officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Friday from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place in Clayton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established to benefit Martin Luther Church and Theda Clark Auxiliary.
